My strongest areas are rugby and any sort of grappling. After playing rugby till i was 18 years old, currently working full time in the Super League and having been a full time judo athlete for the last 10 years of my career, i have developed a good understanding of the demands these sports require and where it is important to develop in order to be as good as we can be.

Your strength and conditioning program will be designed to keep you healthy, increase your raw strength and power as well as your overall conditioning and mobility using movement patterns and positions specific to the sport you play.

Throughout the 6 weeks, you will be able to contact me at any point you wish, for any help or advice to do with your program.

Strength and Conditioning tests will be carried out where necessary.
