6 Week Individualised Program
This program will be made specific to your needs and the facilities you have available.
These programs can be completed using any sort of cardiovascular equipment, in the outdoors OR BOTH.
The program will consist of 3 sessions per week for a 6 week period.
Whilst you are partaking in this program, you are able to contact me whenever you need help or advice, to do with your program.
This program is suitable for any body, of any level. Whether you are a beginner, looking to drop some body fat and improve your conditioning or you are a professional athlete looking to gain an edge on your opponents in competition.
This program will start and finish with a fitness test to show how much we have improved over the 6 weeks.
